Our wedding is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of those specifically named on invitations.

Can I book a room directly with the wedding venue?

Parking
I plan to drive to the wedding. Can I park at the venue?
There is no parking at the venue, so if travelling by car please use Winwick Street Car Park, WA2 7TU (2 minute walk to venue)​

Order of the Day
What time should I arrive?​
Please arrive by 12.30pm to be seated for the ceremony at 1pm.​
​
What time does the wedding finish?
Our band's set will finish at 12.30am, but with a late bar license, we plan to party until 2am.​
​
I can't check-in to my nearby hotel until after 3pm. Will I get a chance to leave the wedding to go check-in to my hotel?
You will have the opportunity either after the ceremony during canapé hour (2pm - 3pm) or during cocktail hour (6-7pm). A secure cloakroom will be available for luggage.

The Ceremony
Can I take photo's during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away to fully enjoy the ceremony with us.

Can I bring confetti/party canons?
​Unfortunately our venue has a policy against using confetti.
​
Where will I be sitting?
You will be welcomed by a seating chart for our ceremony.​
​
Will the bar be open before the ceremony?
The bar will be open from 12pm for pre-ceremony drinks.​​​

Dress Code
What is the dress code?
In the spirit of the celebration, we invite you to join us in Black Tie/Formal Attire. See our Dress Code page for outfit inspiration.
Gents - Tuxedo or Formal Suit (any colour) with bow tie
Ladies - Dress fabulously! Take up the opportunity to dress like you're going to a ball. Floor length is encouraged.​
Please avoid wearing burgundy, light green or any shades of white (including jackets).

Can I bring something more comfortable to get changed into later on?
Absolutely! With a cloakroom and powder room at your disposal, feel free to bring something comfortable for an evening of dancing.​
​
Should I bring a coat?​
Parrs Bank is a renovated banking hall in the center of Warrington with no outside space. We therefore don't need to worry about what the weather is doing outside. A cloakroom will be available for those arriving wrapped up.​

Food & Drink
What type of food will be served?
We have worked with our incredible resident chef to design a British three course pre-set menu for you to enjoy.​

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions/allergies?​
Yes - please state your dietary restrictions/allergies in your RSVP response and we'll work with the venue to arrange this for you.​

What time will we be eating?
Our wedding meal will begin around 4.15pm and although canape hour will take the edge off, we recommend having a hearty breakfast to see you through the day!

Gifting
Do you have a gift registry?​
Your love, laughter and company on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be gratefully received. Please see our bank details below:​

Where should we bring/send our cards?​
There will be a dedicated area at the venue for cards/gifts. Alternatively, speak with one of our groomsmen on the day to arrange for items to be locked away upstairs in the bride and groom's secure hotel room.

Misc
Is anything happening the night before?
We have arranged a private rehearsal dinner with immediate family and our best men and women the night before the wedding. We wish we could extend it to everyone but we're really looking forward to celebrating with you on the Saturday!

Can I post photos on social media?
Absolutely. No need to wait for us to post, go ahead and tag us, we want to see your photos! At the end of the ceremony, all guests will be invited in groups to join us for a quick photograph before making your way into the bar for canape’s. This will be the perfect time to pass your phone over to someone to grab a photo of you with us!
